From turn 72 AA maintenance will be enforced:

Very high+ level AAs will demand 1GB payment.
NPCs with Master in any skill will demand 1GB payment.

Will you allow minor changes to those AA's involved? As to downgrade them some - so Master becomes Expert or perhaps simply disband unwanted AA's

How many gold bars, for a very-high-level assistant with mastery in a skill?

Sounds like 2GB to me. Though I think there is an argument they should cost 3GB...
