I just noticed.
Brandon - What is the plan behind the new calculation scheme? Separating collection from other income is probably a good idea, but if so there really should be a column that sums everything.

Note: I'll rearrange the columns in the region sheets so that they look more like they used to; this is confusing the poor DM...

Caelcorwynn is still lvl 3 province. Is that intended? One would say that at least the exodus of refugees would harm the province a bit (even if there was no massacre after that).

Does the bonus from a festival stack with the bonuses from Demagogue / Bless? If it does, the prosperity in Tornilen needs to be one higher.
Is it on purpose that the Bloodline for Marya now reads "Azrai"? It used to read "Vorynn"...
And nice job fixing the borked income for me, no more free gb's for me ;) (or fractions thereof)

Yes... that is perfectly in order... As you can see you can now keep SASI company. They have tainted evil blood too... And also on occasion does something I dont like :P

OK I see what happened. He updated the entries where he could based on a semi-outdated document (hailing back to the RoE I days). I'll change the relevant derivations for v 3.2+

Bjorn, the temp prosperity bonus from blessings didn't seem to adjust prosperity correctly.
Moriel should probably be Steady - Guarded, + Agitate + Bless - Heavy Taxes + Law Adjustment = Steady.

Isn't there a net increase of 1 since last turn? Guarded to Average?
Law cancels taxes.
Bless in effect last turn and this turn
Thus only the Agitate come into play...

Mholien is under the effects of Shadow Ward. It is suppose to get a "+1 loyalty modifier", but I am not sure if that stacks with or is different from the Bless the Holy Lands effects/bonus.

Shadow Ward is not a spell that will appear in the P&H anymore.

Osoerdes province Tshaliese is lvl 5 right? But it has a total of 6 levels of temple holdings. HA 3, MOC 2 & LPA 1 (bless holding on LPA's so perhaps something with a conversion spell conflict of some sorts?)

I think you answered your own question. Blessings temporarily increase the level of a holdings, just as with a province. (BTW, the province is Achiese. Tshaliese is just the main settlement there.)

Bless won't increase the holding level, but a bless the sacred holding will - with the added bonus of protecting the temple from any attempt to contest it.

And protects against other harmful spells of 2nd lvl or lower...

I pillaged it with well north of a thousand troops, troops from an ally were also in the region killing everything grey or green, a contest action seemed redundant.

Ah well, pillaging only reduces a holding to lvl 0...it doesn't normally destroy it.

No province has changed name.

Province, that was called "Rhuobhe", reads "Braobhe" in P&H now. If not intentional, then it is probably a typo. But good one :)

There is an error on the Eastern Marches page. The columns Incoming and Outgoing grants seem to have been switched around compared with the other overview pages.
Incoming grants are currently deducted from income instead of added, and the opposite for outgoing ones.
