What if someone's regent has no abilities specified? Should we ask from the DMs for input, or make our own suggestions?
-
Make your picks, send to DM's for approval I guess.
But yes, having something is nice, will spice up adventure description a bit.
-
Yes thats a nice point; I guess the domain effect will not be used in RoE II so its mostly fluff for adventure stuff
-
Until such a time as all players HAVE detailed blood abs AND I've managed to update the ab descriptions (not high on list) they won't have an effect.
-
Are the players allowed to decide what blood abilities their bloded charaters posses (subject to DM approval) and if so what approach to use?
I would like to be allowed doing that :)
-
You're allowed to pick you own blood abs (a few regents have one or more pre-defined blood abs, but those are special cases).
-
Since my regent is Major 33 can I then pick what?
Tabel 5-X-3 page 6 says 0/1/2 +(1) or 4 blood Points? 4 Blood Points at 1 for minor, 2 for major?
-
Yes.
-
Some Blodline abilities have 50% chance to be free. Bjørn will you roll a dice when a player inform you of their characters wish for blodline abilities?
Alternately those powers could instead simply cost half blodline points. So if a charater with Major 33 BS has 4 bloodline points and buy bloodline trait it cost 1 instead of 50% for 0 or 50% for 2.

Looking under Blod trait I got aware of the light version of awnsheghlien, the ehrsheghlien form.
Can any of you guys direct me to a thourough description of both these forms?

In RoE, Blood-Trait transformations are ALWAYS regarded as strange and 'tainted' as far as I know. No, description is neccessary because if you start showing, you will be an NPC. :)
-
Heh and all characters with Great bloodline are allready NPC's lol
But I still would like to get to find a description, Harvey do you know where I can find one?
-
No PC has the Bloodtrait ability
No PC has the 'free' extra ability.
-
So neither has any PC those abilities requirering Blood trait as major long life
Still for fluff purposes getting to read a desription of those transfered would be nice reading if anyone has a link
