Units muster cost and time
In "Regent Guide v.3.5 Draft 2.15 (2008-12-12)"
On Page 115 I read : "Units with a muster cost of more than 3GBs require 2 turns (6 months) to muster---"
On page 104 I read : "Units with a muster cost of 3GBs or more require 2 turns to muster---"
So is the limit 2 or 3 GB per turn?

A new rule, however, will replace it. ELITE units take 2 turns to muster, everything else takes 1 turn.

But still the rule is 3 GB or more takes 2 turns? or ?

Elite units are specifically mentioned as being Elite in their descriptions. Its nothing to do with their cost. (Although elite units are typically more expensive).
