I thought yall might like a short update on the situation.
I've read, done errata and returned about 2/3s of your DO's. There are some I still need to go through. Then me and Bjørn will find a date to deal with the DO's. This date will obviously be the time when the turn officially ends and all IC communication is to seace.
You'll be duly notified.
For the future I'll do a less thorough errata of your DO's - unless you're new or ask me to. It's a service I believe will save us all a lot of work in the future. Hence the longer time this time around.
Then I need to contact the lapsed players and figure out who we're missing.
Thus far it looks like we've lost Ilien, Hermedhie and the ETN. I don't remember seeing a DO from them.
Kavarra (Mhoried) has left us.
And we have three players in line to take over.
Not too bad at all.

The coming week will be DO processing week. So if you have any last minute stuff, get it here by sunday. The extensions have a couple of days more to go on, but get your DO's in asap.

What Jon forgot to mention was that while he goes on vacation I have to process the DOs...lucky for me that Jon spent about 1000 hours getting those DOs into a format that is actually processable ;D
During processing week I won't be responding to e-mails; I have to keep focused. Just so you know.

DO processing is now well underway after last weeks delays (the plan was to have them done by the end of last week) - I'm about 1/3 done. So I'm hoping I can return them later this week. The SR + P&H will be published short thereafter.

1/2 way done - but I (and the rest of the family) are down with a heavy cold...completely knocked out the entire weekend...

OK, we're doing better no, so here is the plan:
Hope to be finished with DOs friday, and SR/P&H by end of weekend. I also need Jon to look through the DOs before returning them, but AS LONG AS NOTHING UNEXPECTED happens we should be ready for a new turn early next week.
Turn 62 will likely be fairly long, since it features the S&C, and we don't want to rush that one. But turn 63+64 will hopefully progress at a quicker phase since you players have gained some experience in filling out DOs etc.

I'm going to need a couple more days to finish going through the DO's... I'm sending them to Bjørn as I go through them - so far Aerenwe, Alamie, Bellam & BC, Coeranys & Diemed have been finished.
I hope the excel experts are itching and ready to get stuck into that, because that's outside of my expertise...

Heh, NOTHING UNEXPECTED just happened. Which means DO return will be delayed...
Apparently the version of the P&H in the downloads section ain't the correct one - and so far 2 out of 2 (edit: now 6:7) have used it. I'm going to go through your DO's with a fine comb now, updating income, upkeep, etc. as I go.
You generally forget to enter your roads upkeep and take into account the rules discussion on army upkeep here in the forum. Other than that it looks good :)

Ah, the joys of work! I just discovered that I am indeed a dope...
V1 supercedes the version I had lying around, so you've all done what you should have. Apparently "draft 3" is lower than "v1"...
Back to the drawing board, re-correcting all my corrections. ::)

Ok, my ETA just moved to tomorrow. Should be finished with all the DOs by then.
Then I need to roll everything by Bjørn and the updated P&H for #61, shouldn't take too long as I've been doing it for most of the DO's by now. You should have your DO's back before the weekend.

Most, if not all DO's will return tomorrow. A few may be kept a day or two longer due to a question or two that I need Bjørn to answer.
