Unfortunately there are some problems with P&H v2

Seems I manage to save some of the resolved actions for turn 61 in v2 BEFORE renaming it to 62! The damage is quite limited though; some MOC blessings that should be deleted (all blessing EXCEPT those of LPA should be removed) and a MOC rule law in Bhalaene (any holding change marked in yellow should be removed).

Yes, most definitely (law 3 --> law 4 in Bhalaene); all domains with holdings in blessed provinces have increased income.

The income I put in the DO was based on the v1 spreadsheet, so there should not be any changes from that.

* Sendouras 3/3 incl LPA (Elinie)
* Riverspring 1/2,  (Morcosoer)
* Shattered Hills LPA1/2, (ditto)
* Brynnor 4/4 (Mhoried)

Did the spell fail?

We're talking about the P&H for turn 61, not 62.
