The 14th is the "Start Date" for Turn 61.
Also, what an interesting SR. I had all "Birthright'ish" actions planned, Ruling, Creating Holdings, etc.
Now, I think I will be having more adventures then I'd anticipated.

Holy Guacamoly!! Ghieste went from 52 to 79. Wow! Now that's "one of the most powerful guilds of Anuire" :)
Hmm... How did Bellam go from 26 to 43 when his guild collection only increased by 4?
May I also ask why all royal guilds seem to have indefinite grants to their lieges... apart from mine? I.e. is this intentional?

Because in the draft they didn't get their guild incomes added in at all...it was listed separately.

When it comes to sovereigns you'll have to take into account that ONLY the LPA bothered to bless provinces with the 60.5 action. When you've got some blessings, rule up some law and get those prosperity levels up you should all be fine. Play around the the P&H a bit to see what you'll get in say 5 turns. Oh, and there was no variable income roll this turn, so it could be much better or worse next turn...

Generally, but the details are usually established by treaty. Typically they include some degree of blessings, Agitates, and performance of Investiture ceremonies.

I think there was a note on this somewhere but I can't find it, but what are the rules of engagement over the first few turns. I remember something along the lines of no contest actions in #61, no wars in #62, anything goes from #63 onwards.

The first four turns are sacred, thus you will not be allowed to declare war against other domains, commit to massive contesting (a bit of contesting never hurt anyone) or the like.
I'll get back to you on whether this includes #60.5, but as it is of now, from #65 (Edit: As Even's link points out) the gloves come off.

I won't be able to submit a turn today. As some may have noticed I've been quiet these last few days due to a persistent fever/throatache that's kept me tied up in bed. I'm hoping I'll be able to resume my activities tomorrow morning when I can stand to look at a screen for more than a few minutes at a time.

Ah yes, I learnt patience waiting like a maniac in heat for Bjørn's answers to my million e-mails back in the good ole days ;D
I especially loved to pester the NPCs.
You can change your DO up untill the moment that the turn is declared finished, probably not going to happen right away - what with the adventures and such we need to coordinate.

Bug the ones who haven't delivered, then list them as lapsed if they don't reply by the end of the week.
We'll then consider opening up some of the lapsed realms to new players.

Mhoried will still do a number of domain actions, even though they are an NPC domain.

I've read the "DO #61 Status" and I have some questions about it.
1) What's the "Auto-completion upon request" feature? Can I ask DMs to focus my domain on something if I can't send in a turn?
2) Is there a possible replacement waiting for ETN?

1) Is going to be a very simple DO. Rule holdings within your realm, agitate, wage war if necessary, that's really it. You can give us simple designs, but it's not guaranteed that they will be followed.
2) We have players lined up and the ETN will be given a new player.

I'm putting the finishing touches one the last DOs and the P&H now; I'll sent it to Jon later today for a quick look-though. While he does that I'll write out the SR, and we should be ready to go in a couple of days.

Jon has the DOs now. He'll go through them while I finish the SR. I'm hoping Wednesday.
The reason ti took so bloody long has to do with lots of illness in my family; I was going to do it all while Jon was on vacation, but instead it took an additional 2 weeks!!!
Next time we'll be better coordinated and do it much faster (we're also learning).

I'm advancing alphabetically, adding everything necessary, adjusting the DO's according to the P&H v2 and generally making certain that your economy checks out.

Which changes army upkeep, making it cheaper.
I believe it'll only be necessary to do this general overhaul once (and maybe in a while as well), so the DO's should be much quicker to finish next turn.

We're taking a little extra time this turn - first Jon spent a good amount of time offering feedback on Dos, and now he's going through the numbers. And Brandon is cleaning up the P&H a bit. Hopefully this will make life so much easier next time.

Let me know if I can help with clearing up parts of the P & H for Brandon as to lighten the burden for him. I can for instance fix references with errors concerning upkeep.

I assume that means 9 GB for the first 50 levels - then for curiosity how do you calculate the last 66 levels? 51-100 for 1GB/4 is 12.5 GB + level 101-116 costing 1GB/3 cost 5 GB.
Using this method cost is 26.5 GB in upkeep alone!

EDIT: Southcoast contains as far as I can see no upkeep errors to be fixed.
West coast is sligtly more difficult to deal with having very little information. Do you guys wish I make an attempt on Westcoast section?

Having gotten the DO's back and the ditto secrect is turn 62 open for sending dispatches to other regents or will that first happen when SR + P&H have been finished?

Here's a status:
All DO's have been returned, a few minor matters still needs fixing with them, but nothing major.
The P&H is almost done, it needs the last changes incorporated.
Status on the SR is unknown.
Since Bjørn is ill, my personal opinion is that I'd like to get the new players activated and into the game before we start #62.
So a preliminary start date for #62 is the 1st of march.

Things are finally getting ready - I aim at beginning turn 62 tomorrow, Monday 2 March. The deadline will be 3 weeks hence, Sunday 22 March. By that time all treaty details must have been finished and entered into the DOs. Then we'll aim at a farly quick DM processing phase.
