Question:

Does it take 1 turn to muster a unit with a muster cost of 3 GB OR Less (Muster Cost <= 3GB)?
 
AND

Does it take 2 turns to muster a unit with a muster cost of greater than 3 GB (Muster Cost > 3 GB)?



The regent guide is kinda confusing (and contradicts itself) on this issues.

It takes 2 turns to muster Elite units. There rest 1 turn.

There was a thread about this in the Regent Guide forum.
