Espionage during the S&C

The S&C is always rife with espionage actions; but those of you that don't have holdings in the city are at a massive (too massive) disadvantage.

Therefore this special rule applies:

During the S&C any domain may spend influence on espionage actions in the City of Anuire. Moreover; any domain with a holding in the city (even of level 0) gains a special +2 bonus to espionage actions during the S&C

And yes, and lot of you SHOULD be doing espionage, if not only to guard your own secrets/lives. Counterespionage...its too late when you are dead  ::)

How does counterespionage work..

It says in regent guide DC 10, so if I succeed I'm covered? What can the other party do?

And how does all this work at S & C? Do any info on deal in progress leack out during the S & C or only after DO process?

What if one set up a huge counterespionage action now then? Have any gotten some info now then it can not be taken back.....

Counter-espionage would limit the effect of other ongoing espionage actions.

Seriously though, those that haven't annouced to me that they're taking a espionage action are waaay to late to benefit fully from it.

AND Cut the OOC crap!
